Shipping policy

Fresh Mushrooms: Fresh gourmet mushrooms have a shelf life between 4 to 14 days so we choose to grow your mushrooms just for you. That means that we may take between 3 - 10 business days to fulfill your order. We only ship Monday through Wednesday and occasionally Thursday for customers that are within a 1 day ground shipping range from Maryland. If you need your order by a particular date, please reach out to us through the chat feature. Please use the notes section on the checkout if you would like to hold your order until a special date of if you would like a gift note or have any special requests. All shipments of fresh mushrooms are packaged in double insulated boxes with ice packs. Shipments must arrive within 2 days of shipping therefore, locations that are within a UPS 2-day ground shipping range from Maryland can utilize ground services, all other locations will need a UPS 2-day shipping rate. The shipping speed does not include the fulfillment time. Shipping rates are calculated by UPS automatically based on the location of the shipping address. 

Grow Your Own Mushrooms kits contain live mycelium and are grown to order. As such, your order may take 3-10 business days to fulfill. We do our best to get your order to you quickly while also maintaining our quality controls and high standards.
