Guarantee, Return, Refund, and Food Safety Policy

Orders for fresh mushrooms, grow kits, and supplements are non-refundable and non-returnable, for food safety reasons. If your order does not arrive in good condition, we will replace your order with proof of damage.  

Your grow kit contains mycelium which is a living product. That means that we must work WITH nature and not against it by providing the ideal conditions for the mycelium to grow and produce mushrooms. For that reason, we can not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
